Services for Employers; No Out-of-Pocekt Cost — No Agency Fees

- Interpreter Services
- An interpreter is provided for a job seeker who is deaf during the interview and coaching/training period. This service is arranged at no cost to employer.
- Job Coaching Services
- Job coaches are provided (on as-need basis), at no cost to employer, to help newly hired workers meet the employer's performance standards and to acclimate them into the work environment.
- Sensitivity/Awareness Training
- This service is focused on sensitizing other employees to working with a co-worker with a disability. This service has been effective in addressing questions/concerns and helping a worker with disability get accepted by other employees.
- On-Site Technical Assistance
- We can provide expert consultation services to analyze and evaluate workplace modifications that may be required.
- Architectural/Barrier Removal Assistance
- Employers of large, medium, and small companies (leased or owned) can claim Federal Tax Credits when they meet ADA standards for building modifications to accommodate individuals with disabilities. For more information call:
